Sitting naturally with regular customers and enjoying a cup of pu-erh tea warmed both my body and mind. The conversation about tea and tea culture added a sense of comfort and intrigue.

The menu at the tea house is simple but special. The basic course, “Unbi Tea Aroma,” introduces puerh raw tea, puerh ripe tea, and Wuyi rock tea in sequence. Tasting the differences between raw and ripe puerh tea, and the change in the aroma of Wuyi rock tea depending on the temperature, left a deep impression. By personally experiencing the tea ceremony, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of tea.
